A night of unexpected surprises
The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable refuge after a long day of traveling. The location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the TV lost signal intermittently, and we experienced a fizzle with the bathroom light fixture. It disrupted our relaxation time a bit.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but
the room could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, our stay was comfortable and the location was perfect for dining options. The kids loved the double beds in the room too.

I loved the big comfy beds and how clean the room was during my stay. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I enjoyed unwinding by the hot tub too. One slight downside was the water pressure in the shower, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

Cleveland's dining scene is a tasty treat! Hit up Huddle House for some delicious comfort food, and don't miss Ingles Deli for fresh pastries that'll make your taste buds dance! Also, the check-in was straightforward, and the location had easy access to nearby restaurants, keeping the hunger at bay.
But, the lack of a coffee maker and a place to hang clothes? Major bummer! Strong cleaner smell lingered so long, I had to air out the room. Throw in some car alarm chaos and peeping Toms, and it felt a bit sketchy.

We had a great time on our group vacation! The hotel was close to a couple of museums and a golf course, all less than seven miles away, which made it super convenient. The beds were comfy, and the location was just right. Fair warning, though—they could improve on some amenities. Overall, it was a fun stay with friends.
I did have an issue with rude staff during check-in. Instead of a warm welcome, it felt like they were annoyed with us. Just set your expectations. don't rely too much on their customer service.

We enjoyed visiting a local museum during our stay—excellent exhibits just a short drive away! The kids loved the comfortable beds, and we appreciated the ample towels provided. We had a great time exploring and bonding as a family while staying with friends.
My kids wished the cleaning could have been better. We encountered a few areas that seemed neglected, and the overall cleanliness left us wanting improvements for families with children.

It was just a fine choice for a transient visit in Cleveland with good value. The room had a decent layout but needed some cleaning. If you need a place to crash for the night, this could work.

missingWrote a review on May 18tasty spotseasy accessdated property
The location offers easy access to local restaurants, keeping hunger at bay. The nearby dining scene features some tasty spots, including Huddle House for comfort food and Ingles Deli for fresh pastries.
The property has a dated feel, with old furniture and a lack of basic amenities such as a coffee maker or place to hang clothes. The strong smell of cleaners suggested attempts to cover up other odors, making it necessary to keep the door open for air. The pool wasn't operational, which was disappointing, and during my stay, there was a bout of TV outages affecting multiple rooms. My mattress was on the hard side, which was uncomfortable, and the bathroom needed a proper cleaning to remove dirt buildup.

Rude staff made check-in a chore, lacking basic hospitality skills. The room was clean, but the unpleasant smell lingered, and amenities were minimal, including no coffee maker. On the upside, the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, check-in was managed well despite other issues.
